Every summer the Slavic American Cultural Association is presenting a spectacular and free professional concert of Polish and Slavic music, dance and songs as part of the Morgan Park Summer Festival in Glen Cove L.I., NY. This year's concert will take place on Sunday, September 12 at 7:00pm. The harbor and Long Island Sound is a spectacular backdrop for the evening entertainment. |

The Polish-American Heritage Club of Mahopac Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 18th, 2009 at 8:00 p.m., at Northwood Inn restaurant in Mahopac.
Agenda for the meeting:
- President’s and treasurer’s reports for the year 2008
- Election of the board members
- Discussion
We just want to remind everyone that only members with paid 2009 dues are eligible to vote at the meeting. If anyone wishes to participate at the meeting (and did not pay 2009 dues yet) then there will be a chance to pay the dues before the meeting on Wednesday, March 18th 2009.

On February 28th 2008 members of the organization selected the Board of Directors.
The following members were voted to become the Club’s directors: Ewa Babiarz, Wielaw Bajorski („Misiek”), Tadeusz Pawlowski, Joanna Pilarska, Ewa Rutkowska, Robert Slusarczyk
Barbara Wojtanowska, Sylwia Wójcik
Few days later the Board has established the executive committee:
President – Ewa Babiarz
Vice President – Robert Ślusarczyk
Secretary – Ewa Rutkowska
Treasurer – Wiesław Bajorski
The Executive Committee has established the action plan for the year 2008.
All who want to participate in organizing the Spring Picnic 2008 – members and sympathizers – please come and join us at Nortwood Inn restaurant on Wednesday, March 12th at 7:30 PM.
